Traditional Network BlueBasic plans offer you a choice of five deductible levels. Included in this network are all hospitals in Utah and thousands of doctors. You can choose to work with any health care provider in the network without needing a referral. There are maximum out-of-pocket levels for each deductible option. Coverage includes maternity, prescription drugs, hospitalization, and office visits.

Traditional Network BlueAdvantage plans offer you five choices in deductibles. Like corresponding Traditional Network BlueBasic plans, Traditional Network BlueAdvantage plans offer you a large choice of healthcare providers without the necessity of referrals. Traditional Network BlueAdvantage plan members have lower out-of-pocket maximums than those in corresponding BlueBasic plans. Coverage includes hospitalization, office visits, preventative services, maternity, prescription drugs, and more.

Using Regence Health Savings Account enables you to contribute pre-tax dollars to pay qualified medical expenses. This can lead to overall tax savings. Along with high deductible plans, Regence HSA members can closely manage their healthcare costs with affordable premiums.
