BlueBasic offers you affordable healthcare with flexible features. After meeting deductibles, members pay 50% coinsurance to network member healthcare providers or 50% to non-member providers on most services. By using member providers, you will enhance your overall savings. Coverage under this plan includes office visits, prescriptions, maternity, and hospital. Preventative care is not subject to a deductible. You have the choice between several different deductible levels.

Blue Selections^SM Plus has several choices in deduction levels. After meeting deductibles, members pay 30% coinsurance to network healthcare providers and 50% coinsurance to non-network providers for most services. Maternity, office visits, hospital, prescriptions, and vision are covered under this policy. Like Blue Basic, you will increase your savings by using network healthcare providers.

With Blue Selections^SM Premier, you will pay 20% coinsurance to network healthcare providers and 40% coinsurance to non-network providers for most services. You will be able to choose from several different deductible levels. Coverage includes office visits, preventive care benefits, maternity, prescriptions, vision, and hospitalization.

A Regence Health Savings Account has several advantages. You will deposit pre-tax dollars into a special savings account from which you will pay your qualified medical expenses.
