Members of Heritage Protector Plus 20 received quality healthcare at affordable costs from participating network providers or can choose healthcare providers from outside the network. When enrolling, members can choose from two deductible options. Covered services include yearly preventative care exam, diagnostic services, and facility care. Members play a 20% coinsurance to network participants and a 50% coinsurance to non-participating healthcare providers on services covered.

Heritage Value Plus 30 members can see both network and non-network providers and choose from three different deductible options when enrolling. Member services include preventative care, prescription drug coverage, diagnostic services, facility services, and maternity care. Members pay a 30% coinsurance to network participants and 50% to non-participating healthcare providers on services covered.

Members of Heritage Preferred Plus 30 receive wellness care, preventative care, prescription drug coverage, vision care, diagnostic services, facility services, maternity care, and many other important medical services. There are two deductibles from which to choose. Members pay a 30% coinsurance to network participants and 50% to non-participating healthcare providers on services covered.

Heritage Preferred Plus 20 members enjoy many of the same benefits as Protector Plus 20 members, plus prescription drug coverage and vision care. Like Protection Plus 20, Heritage Preferred Plus 20 members enjoy 20% coinsurance with network providers and 50% coinsurance with non-network providers on services covered.
