LifeWise Health Plan of Washington is headquarters to a family of companies that can also be found in Spokane, Washington; Portland and Bend, Oregon; Anchorage, Alaska; and Scottsdale, Arizona. The company and its affiliates employ about 3,000 people and provide health-care coverage and related services to over 1.5 million members and their families.

Individual and family coverage

LifeWise Essentials 25 and LifeWise Essentials 50 plans (choice of deductibles, low cost, in-network or out-of-network),

LifeWise Passport 20, LifeWise Passport 30 or LifeWise Passport 50 (wide coverage, choice of deductibles, prescription drug benefit, in-network or out of network), and

LifeWise HSA and LifeWise HSA Plus (for use with Health Savings Accounts, high deductible, low premium).

For association benefits, they offer a range of flexible health plans like PPO and HSA, a broad network of providers and facilities, and the choice of seeing specialists without referrals.
