FAQ

What if I have a question about my existing health plan?

Because we are not an insurance agency nor are we affiliated with the carriers listed on our site, we cannot answer your specific company related inquiries. Thus, we suggest you contact your carrier or insurance agent directly.

I need a health insurance quote – can you help me?

Of course! Just enter your information into the quote form on this website, and you’ll receive a free quote from a licensed health insurance agent shortly thereafter.

Can I have a particular health insurance company contact me?

Our licensed health insurance agents can offer you a variety of different health insurance carriers to choose from, but we cannot guarantee you will be contacted by any particular health insurance company. If you are only interested in one health insurance company, you may want to contact them directly.

I submitted a free quote request – now what?

Once we receive your information, it will be forwarded to licensed insurance agents in your area who will contact you and help you with your request.

Is MedHealthInsurance a health insurance carrier?

No, we are not an insurance broker or agency. We do, however, strive to inform people about health insurance and assist them in getting quotes for the type of health plan that suits them best. If you are interested in receiving a health insurance quote or speaking with a licensed health insurance agent, feel free to fill out our form and we will have an agent contact you shortly.

What do I do if I want Medicare or Medicaid?

Medicare and Medicaid regulations differ by state; thus, we recommend you contact your state’s Department of Insurance about starting a plan. If you currently have Medicare and need supplemental insurance, fill out one of the quote forms on our website to have an agent get in touch with you about your options.
