Individual and Family Plans Available from the Idaho Blue Cross
Blue Care, Essential Blue, Essential Blue Plus PPO: These plans offer members a range of choices, including many deductible levels and maternity coverage. Dental and supplemental injury insurance is optional.
Personal Blue 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000: Members choose their doctors with these plans, which offer major medical coverage along with flexibility. Hospice, chiropractic, and maternity is also included.
Blue HSA: This is a PPO plan. Members are able to choose their own physicians and coverage level. Maternity coverage is not available with this plan, however prescription and dental options can be chosen. It is meant to be combined with a Health Savings Account.
In addition to these health plans, Blue Cross Idaho offers members other health and wellness opportunities, as well as an optional short-term coverage plan that will cover members for up to ten months. For more information, please request a personalized quote.
