" O, how the mighty have fallen...."
Are our big problems Health care, Cap and trade, Socialism, terroism, illeagal immigration, etc...
This nation, being built with prayers on Christian principals and values with a fervent desire to spead "freedom" to the rest of the oppressed world, has become docile and complacent. We said we were rich and had everything we needed.
We advocated the "rights" of the immoral and murderous in the name of tollerance and choice. We turned our attention away from the corruption in our government and businesses so that we would have to bare their scorn.
But we grew proud and arrogant toward the God of our fathers. We said in our hearts (and laws) that it is impropper to mention His Name or commands lest we offend the godless. We allowed our government to permit us (on condition) the rights given to us by our Creator.
Should He now listen to our cries to deliver us from the ememies without and within even as we are trying to negotiate a compromise with their plan to ruin us?
Can we save ourselves from the coming day?
If we don't, as a nation, humble ourselves and pray, He will not...

I don't trust a thing this president says - he has out-right lied to ALL Americans -
he is NOT a U.S. Citizen - why should we obey the rules and laws he makes when
he does not do as he says? He is a fraud from the get-go and I hope someone
has the guts and initiative to start impeachment proceedings on him.......he and
his wife (who is just as bad, if not worse than him) both HATE American and they
have no problem saying just that whenever they speak. This is the worse president
we have ever had, and I can assure you - I DID NOT VOTE FOR HIM! He is so
arrogant when he says America needs change - well not his change, and he won't
even listen to ALL of America about anything!!! I've been around awhile. I'm 74 yrs old.

Barack Obama's book, "The Audacity of Hope," features a catchy title. It has a taste of bravery mixed with confidence. You'll find nothing Pollyanna about it. I would possibly not support everything he tells, but he's our president, and for me, he inspires trust. That can do more for just a country than any volume of backroom deals. Hope gives us energy, and energy sustains us through trying times. Boy, we've had them. I'm from West Texas, and I did not vote for Bush. When McCain ran against Obama, I used to be a citizen of Arizona, but I gave audacious hope a chance. The fight for progress and laying the foundations of prosperity is just not over. I have come across the quips of those that don't believe Obama can make it. But step back a second. Would anyone have all of us fail only to tarnish the star of an incumbent for whom they didn't vote? Trying to keep our priorities straight, let's work together with this president and build our future.
