You know? If birth control wasn't so embarrassing, I don't think we'd see so much unprotected sex! Who here likes to buy 'regular size' when the magnums are staring us in the face?

I couldn’t agree more about the media and beauty standards stuffs. They are really major influence of the trends that brought up issues. Somehow I was delighted about the news regarding plus sized models being advocated. I’m not a plus size at all; in fact I’m the opposite. I’m a person who wants to gain some weight because I don’t want to be mistaken as anorexic. People especially teenagers should realize the risk that they are taking by choosing a shortcut.

I started working out 45min a day 5 times a week, and at first I would just starve myself, I would eat like an apple and some juice, for the day. I lost weight, but once the weekend hit I totally caved, and I was like oh well I can just diet again once the week starts, but I would really like to know what food and how much of it I should eat.

I have been on COBRA since July 1, 2008. I have received notice that It will end on Dec. 31, 2009. Am I eligible for the 65% subsidy ? I send my premium payments to the insurance company that handles the insurance for the company my husband worked for. It seems like they should have informed me if I only had to pay 35% of my premiums. I'm very distressed to learn that I may have overpaid by so much money. I'm wondering if I can get any of it back. Any info you have would be appreciated.Thank you.

I just received a notice from my previous employer that my Cobra coverage was going to end in Dec. This is only 6 months after I was terminated. Is this true, or do I have another 3 months.
Thank you
