BCBS of Oklahoma Health Plans

Health Check Select and Children's Major Medical: Coverage for individuals and families. The plan includes $15 co-pay for most routine office visits, six deductible options from $200 to $5000, and optional maternity benefits.

Health Check HAS An affordable plan that includes an HSA (Health Savings Account) where you set aside tax-free money. This money is then used to pay your deductible and other allowed medical costs. Any money that is unused at the end of the year can remain in the account and continue to gain interest.

Health Check for Students A flexible and affordable plan for part-time, full-time, undergraduate, or graduate students. It offers office visits for only $15, optional maternity coverage, and coverage for your entire family if necessary.

Health Check for Educators Includes $15 office visits, coverage for your entire family, and five deductible plans for your budget. There is also optional maternity coverage.

Plan65 and Blue Plan65 Select Supplemental plans that fill in the gaps not covered by Medicare.
