The Arcadian Health Plan is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arcadian Management Services, Inc, based in Oakland, CA. Arcadian Management Services provides administrative and management support for hospitals, health plans, and health care provider groups, which allows the Arcadian Health Plan to offer high-quality, cost-effective solutions to members of small and medium-sized communities where affordable Medicare replacement plans are not offered. The Arcadian Health Plan provides the Medicare Advantage plan though local variations based on member location.

Arcadian Health Plans

The Arcadian Health Plan offers quality care services with little or no premiums to Medicare-eligible individuals who visit physicians within the provider network.  There are a variety of physicians and hospitals to choose from, and low co-pays make excellent healthcare more affordable.  In addition, prescription drug coverage is included in the plan, ensuring that plans remain affordable even if medical and prescription costs raise.

Arcadian Health Plan’s Medicare Advantage plans are available in the following areas:

  • Arizona - Mohave, Yavapai, and Coconino counties.
  • Arkansas – Pulaski, Lonoke, Saline, White, Cleburne, Perry, Benton, Carroll, Madison, Washington, Boone, Clark, Garland, Hot Springs, Montgomery, Pike, Polk, Crawford, Franklin, Logan, Scott, Sebastian, Yell, Conway, Johnson, Pope, Columbia, Hempstead, Howard, Lafayette, Little River, Miller, Nevada, Sevier, and Ouachita counties.
  • Georgia: Bryan, Chatham, Effingham, Liberty, Screven, Bibb, Chattahoochee, Clarke, Crawford, Elbert, Greene, Harris, Jones, Madison, Marion, Monroe, Morgan, Muscogee, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Putnam, Schley, Stewart, Talbot, Taylor, Twiggs, and Webster counties.
  • Louisiana: Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, Jefferson Davis, Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Caldwell, Claiborne, De Soto, East Carroll, Franklin, Jackson, Lincoln, Madison, Morehouse, Ouachita, Red River, Richland, Tensas, Union, Webster, and West Carroll parishes.
