Blue Preferred PPO:PPO members choose their own

coverage) this plan also offers vision benefits and accidental dental
coverage.
HSA-compatible: This consumer-driven solution partners a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account, to offer optimum customer control. It offers
the same coverage options as the Blue Preferred PPO plan. The contribution limit for this consumer-driven
plan is $2,650 for individuals and $5,250 for families.
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nevada also offers
senior members access to their Medicare Supplement plan. Small business
owners can benefit from the carrier's BlueAdvantage HMO plan, and
all members have access to Blue Cares For You, a series of health
programs which are designed to assist members to stay healthy. For
