co-pay, and four doctor visits a year.
Colorado HSA-qualified High Deductible PPO: This plan is
for those who have a Health Savings Account. It offers a 80-100%
co-insurance amount, no co-pay and optional prescription and chiropractic
care.

Blue Advantage HMO and care for seniors with their Medicare Supplemental
